Atalys is a company specialized in the electric fiabilisation of networks of which the main activity is the maintenance of various elements which compose the chain of electric distribution. Their main activity is the maintenance of transformators, breakers, rectifiers, UPS’s, compensators, filters. The aim is to make a reliable usage of electrical energy for a safe production or data transfer. The global organisation of Atalys is focused on maintenance and advicing. Their vision is to be the number one in Europe in the electrical maintenance industry for large applications.

For their sales department we are looking for a sales manager who will be responsible to find new customers, maintain the existing customers, make bids, calculate the prices, negotiate contracts, and negotiate after sales works. But the real emphasis will be on the acquisition of new accounts. It is important to be able to work autonomously, while being linked to an international organization.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with 3-5 years experience in B to B sales, in industrial goods or services and with an engineering diploma or coming from a business school. He/She will be the future General Manager of the subsidiary, if he has the required skills to manage a team of 5-7 technicien and engineers, and 2-3 sales people. This size of organisation is a vision of about 3-5 years.You will also be participating in some corporate projects with your abroad colleagues and that calls for some travel to France, Switzerland, Belgium or Luxembourg. The first few weeks on the job will be spent abroad, mainly in France where you will be trained internally.

Do you have this kind of experience and a broad knowledge? Are you fluent in English? And, as the function requires frequent international travelling, we are also looking for someone who is able to be flexible in regards to travel.
