Atalys is a company specialized in the electric fiabilisation of networks of which the main activity is the maintenance of various elements which compose the chain of electric distribution. Their main activity is the maintenance of transformators, breakers, rectifiers, UPS’s, compensators, filters. For their sales department we are looking for a sales manager who will be responsible to find new customers, maintain the existing customers, make bids, calculate the prices, negotiate contracts, and negotiate after sales works. But the real emphasis will be on the acquisition of new accounts. It is important to be able to work autonomously, while being linked to an international organization.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with 3-5 years experience in B to B sales, in industrial goods or services and with an engineering diploma or coming from a business school. He/She will be the future General Manager of the subsidiary, if he has the required skills to manage a team of 5-7 technicien and engineers, and 2-3 sales people. This size of organisation is a vision of about 3-5 years.You will also be participating in some corporate projects with your abroad colleagues and that calls for some travel to France, Switzerland, Belgium or Luxembourg. The first few weeks on the job will be spent abroad, mainly in France where you will be trained internally.

Do you have this kind of experience and a broad knowledge? Are you fluent in English? And, as the function requires frequent international travelling, we are also looking for someone who is able to be flexible in regards to travel.

development of the Port of Rotterdam

I hoop soon to be more useful for the development of the Port of Rotterdam. My company is very interested in business relations with the Port. We used to work with some of our customers on FOB Rotterdam tearms from 2006 till 2009. But slowely all our transactions were reduced and replaced by our other groups in Europe. That was the reason for me to look for new ways of cooperation . In January I hoop to know more about my responsibilities and possibilities inside the company. What my Russian managers are ready to trust me, but first what I have heard from them when I told them about my offer and ambition to make Avestra Chemical BV a working and growing part of Avestra Group was that their priority in the Netherlands is to build up business relations with the Port of Rotterdam. I am not yet in charge officially , because I don't know yet my limitations. I need to learn about the whole working structure of Avestra Group to avoid any competition inside the company and not to croos the road of each other. Because we are one company, one team with one goal. When we are working in team it doesn't matter who has scored a goal, but that the team and all people involved win.
